IT Project Manager  

Job Summary

Plans, organizes, directs, controls and coordinates quality accredited ICT projects. Accountable for day-to-day operations of resourcing, scheduling, prioritization and task coordination, and meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
2. Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
3. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
4. Analyzing information needs and specifying technology to meet those needs.
5. Assembles and coordinates project team members; assigns individual responsibilities.
6. Prepares requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
7. Designs technical developments with technical team.
8. Implements software life-cycle methodology/agile and scrum.
9. Coordinates roll-out of beta and production releases.
10. Ensures customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients.
11. Works with technical team to brainstorm new test ideas for technical projects.
12. Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
13. Formulating and directing information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies, and plans.
14. Directing the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training.
15. Directing ICT operations and setting priorities between system developments, maintenance, and operations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience as an IT professional
• 4+ years’ supervisory experience in an IT department
• In depth knowledge of software, mobile apps, and technology trends
• Can read and understand programming languages and difference of each.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
  audiences.
• Willing to render up to 20% travel time to different offices throughout the year.
