- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Prepare sales presentation and determine marketing strategies.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers/dealers.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepares and submit weekly and monthly sales report.
- On call 24 hours.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Agriculture (Crop Science, Agronomy, Soil Science, Animal Science), Agricultural Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 meaningful years of experience as a Sales Representative
- Must be a computer literate
- Exhibits dynamic leadership skills and good communication skills.
- Flexibility and good decision-making skills is necessary.
- Skills in driving is a must.
