Creative Marketing Specialist  

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

As the Creative Marketing Specialist, you will support us with a wide range of Marketing initiatives. As a young Company, Boldr is establishing its presence online and this is where your talents will be instrumental. Your mission is to use your Marketing knowledge and experience to come up with exciting, creative, and thumb-stopping campaigns and execute them. These should clearly express Boldr’s vision, values, and culture. We're looking for a passionate and energetic person who can wear different Marketing hats in order to establish Boldr as a strong brand online.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Help plan Boldr's Marketing strategies aligned with Sales goals
• Assist in creating monthly KPI reports and ROI analysis
• Manage our Marketing CRM, Hubspot, to execute campaigns
• Help plan and write website copy, blogs, emails, and social media content in line with the Boldr’s brand and voice
• Create simple visuals and/or enhance photos if needed
• Coordinate with vendors for production of marketing materials

• Bachelor's/College degree in a 4-year course, preferably Marketing, Creative Writing or any related field you’re passionate about!
• At least 1 year of solid experience in Digital Marketing
• Knowledgeable in SEO, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
• Strong writing skills with a familiarity with analytics and graphic design
• Comfortable with abbreviated development cycles and flexible with shifting priorities
• An eye for detail and a strong working knowledge of applications like Hubspot
• High energy and a positive attitude
