Technical Support Associate | Software  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Installing and Configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and more.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems.
• Responding to breakdowns
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Isolation of problems thru phone.
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
• Checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Maintaining records of software licenses.
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in IT/Computer or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;

Knowledge and skills required:

• Basic operations of Operating Systems.
• MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Access).
• Network knowledge also like TCP, IP, etc.
• Computer Software Troubleshooting.
