This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to effectively integrate technology into the business user’s expected requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support business users in defining, designing, and improving business process and system design in customer experience side.
- Support product team and technology team in the development and implementation of customer experience e-commerce system.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Technology, System Information, or Computerized Accounting.
- At least 2 years of working experience as Business or System Analyst.
- Have experience as web developer or software engineer, and able to use SQL query is an advantage point.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Detail, pro active, and good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication in English.
