Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Identify and source for strategic brands, which can strengthen or complement the existing product offerings on our e-commerce platform Tokosmart, or opportunistic trades arising from market inefficiencies.
- Develop and execute optimal category strategy for these new brands, covering pricing, promotions, distribution coverage, availability, and distribution margin to expand digital sales.
- Partner with Supply Chain team and Finance to manage inventory levels and wastage.
- Full P&L responsibility for newly developed brands or trades, including revenue, margin, wastage and other income.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in merchandising/FMCG/distribution.
- Possess a growth mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must be able to exercise sound business judgement, think strategically, analyse critically, and act tactically.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to present confidently to senior management and the ability to influence others.
- Comfortable with and proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Prior experience in a category management role in the FMCG or ecommerce field.
- Experience with principal/vendor management.
- Strong negotiating, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
