- Maintain relationships with existing clients with providing support, information & guidance
- Doing sales planning for his team (Sales quota per team member, Profit based sales target, Sales forecast per customer/segment, Customer demand management)
- Sales Pipeline Management (Regular weekly sales pipeline meeting, controlling account ownership, controlling sales activity per Account, Push Sales Revenue, Make sure updated Sales Report)
- Sales Process Monitoring (Controlling customer AR, Responsible to customer Term of Payment, Controlling customer SLA of Delivery, Monitoring customer complaint)
- Sales Recruitment (Hire Sales team member, Sales Job analysis, [structure, job title, job description)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Passionate in sales
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience as Sales in B2B (Business to Business) market
- Demonstrate ability to consistently achieve sales targets and meet deadlines
- Create relationships with new clients & build good working relationships
- Understand the needs of business customers
- Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit & service improvements
- Make a working plan and sales activities daily, weekly & monthly report
