- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Doing other administrative works
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Min. Diploma degree from any degree with min. GPA 3.0
- Having experience as a receptionist min. 1 years, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good command in Microsoft office
- Good communication skill
