UI/UX Experience | Project-based  

● Design and develop compelling experiences that satisfy user, business, and technical requirements

● Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, product strategy and screen designs to the team

● Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective

● Embrace giving and getting feedback from different stakeholders

● Convert user insights into measurable outcomes to improve our products and services

Job Specifications:

• Experience across the fields of user experience (UX) or user interface (UI) design, design thinking and research
• Understand the technical and compliance limitations and implications of your design concepts and strategies
• Great communication skills — ability to communicate design and development constraints and opportunities to different stakeholders
• Has an eye for quality design and ability to think through product strategy
• Can present ideas effectively through mock-ups and wireframes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible work environment

Preferred:

• Experience with data visualization and/or building dashboards
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, MarvelApp and Framer
• Experience coding in HTML, CSS and Javascript is a plus
