Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Mempersiapkan dan mengolah database biaya secara rutin
- Melakukan pengecekan ketepatan alokasi biaya atas setiap pengeluaran biaya
- Menyajikan Report actual vs budget tiap pemilik biaya (cost owner) dan rutin meng-upgrade report sesuai dengan kebutuhan
- Menganalisa pengeluaran biaya yang terjadi sehingga dapat meminimalisir pengeluaran yang tidak efektif
- Menyiapkan umpan balik kepada atasan dan pemilik biaya (cost owner) akan potensi penghematan biaya
- Melakukan kontrol pencatatan atas biaya yg bersifat non rutin dan memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada laporan keuangan
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimal pendidikan S1, Jurusan Akuntansi
- Fresh graduate dipersilahkan untuk melamar
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja 1 tahun pada posisi Accounting
- Menguasai Ms. Office, terutama Excel dan Power Point
- Memahami standar akuntansi keuangan
