- Melakukan proses rekrutmen eksternal dan menjadi fasilitator untuk proses rekrutmen internal,
- Melakukan proses penginputan data karyawan baru,
- Membuat dan mengajukan pembaharuan SOP rekrutmen disesuaikankan dengan kondisi bisnis factual, dan menganalisis kinerjanya,
- Mengajukan dan merekomendasikan program perekrutan yang efektif dan efisien,
- Membuat laporan mengenai progress pemenuhan dan hasil project.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pendidikan terakhir min. S1, Jurusan Psikologi / SDM,
- Pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun pada bidang terkait,
- Mampu menggunakan Ms. Office (intermediate),
- Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal serta communication skill yang baik,
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik di dunia digital / fintech lebih disukai.
