Account Officers' (AO) responsibilities begin from the time of installation until after it has been turned over. Their scope is purely on existing clients and their responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Execute a take-charge direction with cross-functional partners and departments in order to speed up resolution of client issues within a reasonable amount of time.
- Develop and manage a team of highly efficient personnel that would be responsible for the Account Management tasks, requirements, and responsibilities.
- Conduct site visits and evaluation of current client requirements and of future requirements.
- Serve as the on-the-go person for immediate deployment to client location anywhere in the country to promote company's position in building trust and assurance to the client.
- Document and track all customers' issues into a database for strategic reviews.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Officer, Key Account Officer, Junior Account Officer, or other relevant experience.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Knowledgeable with MS Office applications (particularly MS Excel).
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including Executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
