- Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Oversee renovation projects to improve efficiency or ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards
- Monitor facilities or operational systems.
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare operational progress or status reports.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of office and store equipment
- Manage construction activities.
- Manage inventories of supplies or organizational resources.
- Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records.
- Manage to lease of facility space.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 years work experience in Project and Property Management, Facilities Management, Security and Safety Management, and Administration.
- Knowledge in general administration management.
- Highly developed supervisory skills in planning, organizing, leading and directing, control and staff development.
- Knowledge in the formulation of policies, systems, and procedures.
- Shall delegate responsibilities and oversee the proper execution of admin works, as well as proper coordination with a different department.
- Able to interrelate and maintain good working relationships with all internal and external clients.
- Computer literate in Windows and other commonly used office software;
