Accounting Associate  

The following are your responsibilities as the holder of this position:

• Be on top of the business numbers which includes:
  • Record all expenses, disbursements, collections, receipts and payables.
• Record all receipts in sales invoice and acknowledgment receipts.
• Collecy all receivables.
• Assist in the works of the Independent Accountant.
• Be on top of our stocks and inventories.
  • You must know at all times the amount of what we have in stock and in store.
  • You shall also be mindful of the levels/status that will help reach our sales targets monthly.
• Be in charge of encoding, releasing, and monitoring incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Be on top of sales in different sales channels.
• Assist in monitoring bank transactions.
• Generally, assist on tasks assigned by superiors.

Educational background:

• Accountancy
