Main task:
- Support (to investigate issues and is responsible to perform level 1-2 solution/fix.
- If level 3 fix is need, the issue will be escalated to the vendor with an assessment of the issue coming from the Programmer/Analyst
- Will also do small enhancements for in-house applications
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 3 to 5 years experience
- With banking experience, preferably
- With experience in web development
- With leadership skills and can handle implementation with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills
