The ITSM system administrator and developer role is part of the applications team that is responsible for the maintenance and support of customer applications (Frontrange Heat and Service Now).
Maintain and improve the iTSM tools to continually meet the changing demands of our customers. The ITSM system administrator and developer will be responsible for providing support for ITSM systems and will work closely with internal and external delivery teams.
This role requires a good range of technical capabilities in line with technologies we manage for our customers as well as the ability to be a key contact and escalation point for our internal teams.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have: Developer and Admin experience for ITSM tools: can be Service Now / BMC Remedy
- Minimum 3-years of development and administration.
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably with ITIL certification, but must is to have background in ITIL Process
Shift: Australian 6-3pm
