Recruitment Specialist  

1. Strategic

• Plans and implements selection process (conducts interviews and screening calls, administers psychological tests, etc.)
• Develop and propose plans and strategies to strengthen talent acquisition sourcing channels
• Recommends and conducts activities to improve candidate experience
• Formulate and implement Topgrading (competency-based interview questionnaire) to help spot A-Potential candidates

2. Analytical

• Validates MRF based on the Job Charter
• Recommends candidates based on assessment results
• Records, updates, and monitors manpower requirements and vacancies to ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing
• Reviews the recruitment process, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements

3. Administrative

• Source and find candidates qualified for vacancies
• Administer screening tests or formulate tests if necessary
• Take part in the interview/screening/recruitment process
• Informs and updates applicants and referrers of the status and results of applications
• Prepares accurate recruitment and hiring documentation
• Prepares and serves Job Offer sheets within the bounds of authority
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports

4. Influencing

• Collaborate in the execution of employer branding activities
• Coordinates with Universities, Headhunters, Manpower Agencies, Centers, Social Media Account partners as assigned
• Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
• Attend and represent company in college fairs, and similar events

• 4-year degree in Psychology, Behavioral/Social Science, Human Resource or ant related Business Course.
• 4 years experience in the end-to-end process of Talent Acquisition (recruitment and hiring)
• Licensed psychometrician is an advantage
