Job Description

The position is responsible for ensuring appropriate document management and control for SOPs, COC, Employee Handbook, Exit Management by providing assistance to the Labor Relations Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic - Employee Discipline

  • Collaboration with legal counsel and discipline committee to discuss, establish, and maintain a reasonable and firm due process in handling labor related cases
  • Drafting of NTE, Disposition Notice, and NFD
  • Spearhead and organize fact finding committee to facilitate situations that require due process
  • Develop and implement business conduct programs to provide awareness and adherence on SOPs, COC, Employee Handbook, etc.

2. Administrative

  • Draft and issuance of Regularization Notice
  • Record filing of employee’s disciplinary actions and labor related related files
  • Management of all company files for:
  • SOPs,
  • Employee handbook,
  • Code of Conduct,
  • Labor and Employee Movement Records,
  • Other Organizational guidelines
  • Management and control for 201 files for both electronic and hardcopy for job level of Rank and File to Officer level

Distribution of different company guidelines:

  • Employee Handbook
  • CoC
  • SOP
  • Management of offboarding and clearance process

3. Influencing

  • Encourage employees to adhere to Employee Handbook, CoC, and SOPs
  • Advices Manager and Supervisor for best practices CoC Application and adherence to Employee Handbook and SOP

Trình độ tối thiểu

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in Psychology, Behavioral/Social Science, Human Resource, Legal Management, Political Science or any business related courses.
  • Advanced level in Communication (Written and Oral)
  • Licensed psychometrician or Paralegal background is an advantage
  • 2-3 years of working experience in document control, policy formation, and technical writing
  • Records Management experience is an advantage
