About the Company
BCI Media Group is a leading provider of building and construction information with offices across South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. We service a large portfolio of industry professionals allowing them to maintain a competitive advantage and win new business through the use of market information provided.
About the Role
- Generate sales revenue by ensuring the renewals of current clients by actively managing the account portfolio; must also proactively identify new sales (subscription up-sell) opportunities
- Manage & maintain healthy relations with the company’s key accounts and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with said key accounts
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of Account Managers and provide coaching, mentoring and counseling as necessary.
- Conduct product training, subscription renewal calls to client decision makers, and other activities to ensure high customer satisfaction of our company’s products and services.
- Provide periodic Renewal update reports to Upper Management
- Maintain good working knowledge of the company’s products (Lead Manager system) & services
- Escalate urgent client concerns and queries to Upper Management and provide possible solutions to address said concerns where possible

Qualification requirements:
- At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in an Account Management role with a proven track record in growing client accounts
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Strong sales and marketing persona
- Excellent Customer Service and Account Management skills
- Experience in handling Key Accounts
- Outgoing, self-motivated personality is essential to succeed in this role
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
- One (1)Full-Time position available.
