Archify, as part of BCI Media Group, is a new online platform designed to promote brands, products and projects to the architectural community. It is quickly becoming the foundation for all architectural services offered by BCI Media Group with unlimited reach.

Our company is growing quickly and focused on adapting to new market trends to ensure we are always keeping up with our industry. Our team is energetic, supportive, collaborative and always open to new ideas and ways of thinking.

About the role

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, understanding their business outcomes and marketing strategies and proposing services to suit. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team, as well as working alongside other departments in the business; our account management team and events team.

Being a junior sales role, we will support you in developing the skills to succeed in prospecting for new business, following a tried and proven sales process and closing a sale.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Building our client base of product suppliers with profiles on the Archify platform in the Philippines through direct sales - daily prospecting and outbound calls, responding to inbound enquiries and conducting online and face to face meetings.
  • Learn about different businesses and their marketing objectives and developing strategies whereby Archify can increase their digital brand awareness with design professionals.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in building our event sales in the architectural services division across the Philippines.
  • Sales support tasks including proposal writing, monitoring and reporting of sales activity, attending our events and networking seminars, assist in creating marketing strategies that result in further inbounds leads for the Archify and events business.

About you
As a self-motivated, focused individual with a consultative mindset, you will possess the following:

  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on consultative relationship building
  • Qualifications in Business, Marketing or similar highly regarded
  • Previous sales or customer service experience highly regarded
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and independent
  • Strong administrative & computer abilities with a high level of accuracy
  • Professional approach and enjoys working in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
