Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Will be designated for a department with regards to encoding of:
- Work shift Schedules,
- Overtime,
- Night Differential.
- Serves as point person between Timekeepers and Department Workforce Staff.
- Assists in all phases of a project, execution and through the end of the project.
- Work with Timekeepers and Project members to understand and assist with tracking all tasks related to department work shift schedule, OT, ND which includes reviewing.
- Identify any discrepancies or errors from the schedule OT &ND and coordinate it with the timekeepers and workforce.
- Perform related departmental duties, as required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Accurate, proactive, good communication skills.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
