- Plans loading activities of the day based on the Sales delivery advise
- Coordinates with in-house and 3rd party trucking services for truck requirements
- Checks the quantity ordered versus the quantity to be delivered indicated on the delivery receipt
- Prepares delivery receipt and other related shipping documents and update inventory accordingly
- Receives returned original copies of documents and monitors and adjustments made on the deliveries
- Ensures systematic piling and arrangement of packed tissues and maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Supervisor in monitoring of finished goods inventory and conduct physical count accordingly
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be of a College graduate preferably engineering course or business course
- At least two (2) year experience in office procedures and warehousing or its equivalent training
- Can work under pressure
- Detail oriented
- With good communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan Bulacan
