Program Development Manager  

The Program Development Manager will be in charge of creating concepts of our bi-monthly marathons at GORUN.PH. This person will come up with the theme, manage the supply chain, conceptualize the entitlements and appropriate sponsorships for our virtual events.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Concept development
• Work with the marketing and creative team to develop event themes, marketing collaterals, and items to send out to our customers.
• Manage merchandise production capabilities as necessary.
• Manage the entire program's end-to-end operations, consisting of pre-production, after-sales support, and logistics (a team will be provided).
• Ensure that the concept and mechanics of our virtual races are economically feasible.
• Negotiate with local suppliers and secure supplies of items as required.
• Negotiate Contracts with equipment vendors and contractors as required.
• Work closely with procurement to define equipment and material need to secure on-time delivery of labor and materials.
• Drive efficiency in design from project to project.
• Establish and manage expectations with the design team.
• Identify and qualify effective software solutions to provide greater visibility into forecast demand, current project status, documentation storage and hand over the checklist.
• Manage effectively cross-functional teams and multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities.
• Guarantee on-time delivery by managing schedule, capacity, and supply planning to meet Go Run's capacity plan.

• At least 2 to 4 years experience in events management;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge in setting up concepts for events;
• Relative experience in product development, media, and advertising is preferred.
• Ability to plan, organize, and motivate others to achieve program objectives.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions that are based on sound judgment and business rationale.
• Excellent project management and project planning skills. Must be well organized. Able to work under pressure and in difficult situations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Self-starter who can grasp technical concepts and can easily adapt to change.
• Ability to manage all of the above tasks and can effectively utilize resources at hand.
