Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Memberikan informasi kepada nasabah & non nasabah mengenai produk dan jasa bank
- Memberikan layanan kepada nasabah terkait pembukaan tabungan, setoran tunai, mutasi nasabah, rekening tabungan, dan lain-lain
- Melakukan customer due dilligent (identifikasi dan verifikasi data nasabah) dalam rangka penerapan KYC
- Menangani pengaduan yang berhubungan dengan pelanggan
- Melakukan cross selling produk perbankan
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Berusia maksimal 28 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai CS di perbankan minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan menyukai bidang pelayanan
*Bersedia ditempatkan di Kantor Cabang Tambun
