Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Memberikan informasi kepada nasabah & non nasabah mengenai produk dan jasa bank
  • Memberikan layanan kepada nasabah terkait pembukaan tabungan, setoran tunai, mutasi nasabah, rekening tabungan, dan lain-lain
  • Melakukan customer due dilligent (identifikasi dan verifikasi data nasabah) dalam rangka penerapan KYC
  • Menangani dan menangani pengaduan yang berhubungan dengan pelanggan
  • Melakukan cross selling produk perbankan

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Berusia maksimal 28 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai CS di perbankan minimal 2 tahun
  • Mampu bekerja secara team dan individu
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik dan menyukai bidang pelayanan
  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Kantor pusat Bintaro dan Tangerang
