Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Pada posisi ini, kamu akan berperan sebagai product owner, dimana kamu akan terlibat dalam berbagai project yang ada di BCA. Kamu akan menjadi bagian dalam proses pengembangan produk secara utuh, yaitu:
- Analisa perkembangan teknologi untuk mengetahui permasalahan atau pengembangan produk yang dapat dilakukan, baik dalam bentuk fitur atau produk baru
- Membuat dan menuangkan konsep / ide solusi dalam bentuk visual, roadmap dan/atau analisa
- Mentransformasikan ide / gagasan / inovasi baru ke dalam requirement detil, sejalan dengan roadmap yang sudah dirancang
- Melakukan diskusi dan koordinasi dengan unit kerja mengenai penyusunan detail rencana kerja atau pelaksanaan survey / riset yang dibutuhkan, termasuk berkoordinasi dengan tim audit internal
- Monitoring pelaksanaan project berjalan, yaitu : tahap pengembangan, User Acceptance Test (UAT) hingga pilot testing
- Monitoring target pencapaian tahun berjalan hingga proyeksi ke depannya.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Memiliki minat dalam analisa dan pengembangan produk digital
- Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang teknologi / SCRUM
- Memiliki kemampuan berpikir logis dan sistematis
- Lulusan Sarjana (S1/S2) dengan IPK minimal 3,00 (skala 4,00)
- Terbuka untuk semua jurusan, diutamakan untuk latar belakang bidang IT/ Teknik
- Fresh graduate atau pengalaman maksimal 4 tahun di bidang pengembangan produk
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Penempatan di Jakarta
