Pada kesempatan kali ini, BCA mencari seorang Team Leader Data Analytic dan Business Review dengan jobdesc sebagai berikut:
- Menyusun strategi dan formula parameter data nasabah per produk wealth untuk menghasilkan data propensity
- Melakukan evaluasi bisnis model & leads generation untuk line of business wealth (bancassurance dan investasi)
- Memberikan masukan kepada tim bisnis-produk-sales atas hasil evaluasi bisnis dan data yang telah dilakukan
- Menyusun konsep, berkoordinasi dan menyediakan kebutuhan data pada Data Library
- Melakukan evaluasi secara berkala atas pekerjaan data analytic yang dilakukan
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pengalaman bekerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang Data Analytic / Business Analyst
- Minimal IPK 2.75 dari skala 4.00
- Latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1 dengan jurusan Teknik Informatika / Statistika
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Menguasai SQL Database
- Menguasai bahasa pemrograman seperti R atau Phyton atau sejenisnya
- Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim (diutamakan yang mempunyai pengalaman memimpin project / tim)
