Are you a Jiu-Jitsu master in the art of building relationships with companies and people? Are you a fearless person who’s bursting with ideas and is not afraid of complex problems? Do you find that people come to you for solutions? Are you a fervent learner who is seeking to solve a global problem?
Trình độ tối thiểu
You have:
- An eye for identifying potential clients and partners, and “date” them
- The yearning to build relationships with key industry employers, microfinance and international agencies
- The ability to gain a good understanding of their difficulty and pain points that is stopping them from reaching their goals
- At least 3 years of sales experience especially with close deals, and meeting sales targets
- The problem solving skills to create strategies where BagoSphere can partner with and provide solutions to
- The people skills required to work with product and marketing managers
You might also have:
- Great (infectious!) energy level
- Be highly analytical, great at numbers
- Experience working with on key Philippine growth industries especially BPO and hospitality
- Market knowledge on microfinance and international development agencies
