- Drive all PR activities including proactive media outreach, media interviews, company announcements, award nominations, and securing coverage of different events spanning from corporate events, brand launches, live entertainment, and performances. (AZVO AVL Pro, An AZCO Solutions, Inc. company)
- Manage AZCO AVL Pro's entire news website, press office and develop full range of press materials including press releases, by-lined articles, media statements, and briefing documents, and the like.
- Manage, grow, identify opportunities in the PR space.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists nationwide and act as a point of contact for all press inquiries
- Track and analyze media outcomes and respective measurements
- Prepare competitor analysis reports using media intelligence tools
- Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders
- Oversee and support media events, trade shows, and other event-based activities
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Passion for live events, entertainment, engagement events, brand launches, live performances is essential
- Minimum 2-3 years of PR experience in an agency or in-house role, preferably in the corporate and entertaintment sectors
- Keen understanding of media and the news cycle, with proven success in securing coverage across different media segments while building his or her own media presence
- Highly motivated and self-driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization skills and able to execute multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capabilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills and able to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
- Outstanding article writing, copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual design
- Strong storytelling abilities to capture consumer, corporate, and B2B audiences
- Crisis response and management experience is a plus
- High proficiency of the English language
