Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
1) Monitor cash advances and validate liquidations
- Monitor cash advances of employees and sellers
- Verify and check the validity of the supporting documents of sellers and employees' cash advance liquidation
- Prepare and route MyeSAS Cash Advance Liquidation (CAL) of employees
- Route Sellers' Cash Advance Liquidation to APRISA for review and posting
- Ensure proper charging of expenses if charged to ALISI
2) Monitor and review requests for payments
- Monitor and review RFPs and ensure all supporting documents are valid
- Analyse and verify the correctness of accounting entries
- Ensure all input VAT are properly assigned and take up
- Ensure that the request for payment s within budget set by the management
- Route and monitor the RFPs for approval and for posting to the GL
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
- No work experience required
Skills:
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledgeable with accounting and journal entries
