HR | Employee Relations Specialist  

The HR Associate will be assigned in AyalaLand Premier HR - Employee Engagement and Employee Relations Team.

He/She will lead the group in coming up with employee programs and events. We are looking for someone who is energetic, creative and can perform the role of an HR professional towards AyalaLand Premier Employees.

The HR Associate will also assist in the Training Function.

• Delivers trainings to district personnel (e.g. compliance information/instruction materials, procedures, methods, etc.) for the purpose of addressing compliance issues and injury causative activities.
• They identify the strengths and weaknesses of the employees and enroll them in various developmental programs.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Knowledgeable in photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills are absolutely essential to effectively communicate with the employees
• Should have good listening skills and ability to understand, counsel, and advise on the grievances of the employees, either personal or professional, and provide them with a comforting environment
• Should have the ability to monitor, review, and plan different action plans that would facilitate better productivity and conduct training programs that would help in increasing the productivity of the employees
• Should have good problem-solving ability and should be able to think and implement innovative plans for employee welfare
• Should be able to maintain and update different kinds of records
• Flexibility to work with a diverse range of people and establish effective, healthy, and professional working relationships
