Corporate Services Staff  

• Ensuring the delivery of quality service of outsourced partners providing general office administration (janitorial/messengerial services, security services, light and power, water/fixed aircon of Tower One)
• Providing facility and general administrative services like office space design and allocation, office space maintenance, parking allocation/assignment for employees and guests)
• Handling all transactions involving acquisition of vehicles for Ayala employees (company car and car loan).
• Ensuring implementation of approved office layout during office renovation
• Purchasing of office furniture, equipment and fixtures
• Monitoring of budget and processing of various payments (utilities, office & storage space rental, association dues, outsourced service providers

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• With at least 2-3 years experience
• Preferably knowledgeable in SAP
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Results-, service- and detailed-oriented, analytical, honest, can function well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks
