Sales Managers  

Responsibilities:

• Develop a team of Financial Advisors through recruitment, selection, and training.
• Lead and monitor Financial Advisors under the team
• Meet the key performance indicators specified by the company, including production, recruitment, and persistency.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• Graduates of Business Management, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Financial Accounting, and Engineering will have an advantage.
• Required skill(s): Management, Recruitment, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Investment, Planning.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino. Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Metro Manila. Options to be located in provincial offices are available.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Banking, Investment, Trust, etc) or equivalent.
• Corporate Sales Officers / District Sales Managers / Territory Sales Managers from Banking, Remittance, Investment, Telecommunications or the Pharmaceutical Industry are encouraged to apply.
• Bank Managers or Bancassurer Area Heads have a definite advantage and will be considered for Branch Manager / Branch Head position.
