Business Development Administrator  

Auro Chocolate is looking for a dynamic Business Development Administrator who will support the Business Development Department with administrative matters. They are responsible for performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or sales proposals, and carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communication.

Administrative

• Assume all clerical duties related to Business Development
• Prepare all delivery report and and sales invoice of goods for release
• Correspond with clients thru phone and e-mails

Sales

• Ensure that product catalog and price list is always updated
• Arrange appointments of Business Development Executives with clients
• Schedule timely delivery of items to clients
• Handle sales orders efficiently
• Assist in collection of payment

Reporting

• Make scheduled and occasional sales reports
• Ensure released samples are liquidated after
• Maintain records of clients

Other Responsibilities

• Join sales events
• May perform other duties as needed

BASIC RELATIONSHIP

• Reports sales to Managing Directors
• Provide office support to the Business Development Representatives
• Coordinates orders to the production team

• Graduate of any four-year course
  • Preferably with sales experience, fresh grads are also welcome to apply
• Has good writing and communication skills
• Can navigate MS Office and Google Suite well
