HR Associate  

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Human Resource or any related field
• Work Experience: at least 1 year of experience in any HR Functions, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in cloud-based services (i.e. Google Drive, Gmail, etc.)
• Highly organized: able to maintain accurate and consistent documents/records
• Strong written and verbal communication, effective organization, ability to work independently and collaboratively, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Must have knowledge in preparing and processing government-mandated requirements such as Philhealth, SSS, HDMF, and TIN
• Willing to be permanently stationed in Calamba, Laguna but may visit Makati Office to conduct an interview

Job Summary

The HR Associate is responsible in providing support to all functions of Human Resources, and will report directly to the HR Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

a. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition

• Post and manage all job vacancies on different hiring platforms.
• Schedule interviews with qualified applicants from the initial until the final interview

b. Training

• Assist in the TNA process
• Assist in sourcing Training providers

c. Benefits and Compensation

• Process Government contributions and assist employees in any government inquiries
• Assist in processing employee benefits. requests

d. Onboarding and Offboarding

• Assist in checking the compliance of pre-employment requirements
• Process equipment and accountabilities on onboarding employee
• Assist in checking accountabilities of separating employee before clearance is signed

e. Others

• Ensure the Company’s compliance with all labor regulations and practices
• Ensure a safe and fair environment for all employees regardless of their protected status, personal background, and designation.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
