Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical, structural and mechanical systems of buildings to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Coach, mentor, train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure efficient repair schedules, provide necessary reports to COO and review/implement repair cost estimates
- Manage the maintenance expenses by ensuring best practices in the industry
- Build an upkeep long term relationships with contractors and service providers
- Ensure that all vehicles are cleaned, fueled and in proper working order
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
- Minimum of 5 Years as a lead Engineer
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Internet furnctions and similar
- Ability to manage high volume workload in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
- Preferrably Male
- Willing to relocate to Davao City
- Knows how to drive
