HR and Payroll Assistant  

Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform customer-centric, end-to-end case management for HR services within SLA, in order to provide continuous support throughout the employee lifecycle and work events.
• Effectively communicate and implement organization and statutory policies & procedures, escalating exemplary cases for proper handling upon distinction.
• Employ efficient documentation practices (e.g., maintenance of employee files and data, templates, policies and procedures) across different tools and mediums to support accurate retrieval of information necessary for case management or audit activities.
• Maintain a positive relationship with internal and external partners in implementing services, programs, and tools, for a seamless employee experience.
• Manage HRIS and payroll data. Prepare monthly report for time and attendance. Prepares and process all Company required documentation for Benefit claims etc.
• Assist in Bank reconciliation
• Generate bank statements and upload to xero
• Reconcile transactions
• Inquire about unidentified remittances

• HDMF Loan
• SSS Loan

• Candidate must be at least Bachelor’s/College Degree of Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in communication skills (verbal & written)
• Team player with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
• Pro-active, well-organized and results-drive
• Experience in the BPO industry is a bonus
