Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Establish and post job adverts on job search websites.
- Source, paper screen and do initial competency based interviews with candidates.
- Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates within 5 business days.
- Prepare necessary documents, job descriptions, screen tests, and interview questions for the organization.
- Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates.
- Assist recruitment specialist in screening eligible candidates
- Maintain good relationships with all candidates, employees, and corporate clients.
- Participate in calibration meetings.
- Maintain the internal CV-s database.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience and/or familiarity with end-to-end recruitment for specialist positions like data encoder, data analysts, marketing, accounting positions as well as I.T. roles like front end, back end, and full-stack positions.
- Ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients and candidates, both verbally and in writing.
- Working in a volume hiring BPO environment (bonus)
- Strong time management and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills - frequently asked questions, proactive in updating clients/managers, and listens effectively.
- Verbal and written fluency in the English language required.
- Resourceful
- Can work from home.
- Has at least 15 MBps internet speed.
