The IT Support Specialist role is responsible in providing technical setup, support and advice to IT users.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults
- Maintain records of hardware and software inventory
- Implement IT policies and procedures
- Demonstrate great customer service skills
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent course
- At least 2 years work experience
- Familiar with ITIL processes
- Technical knowledge and experience in computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
- Preferably with technical customer service experience
