Business Strategy & Partnership Analyst  

This role will provide you a unique opportunity to develop strategy and new business at the of most diverse financial service in Indonesia.

You’ll have opportunity to have multiple exposure within Astra Financial Business Unit, Astra Group value Chain and external partner from business as usual, new business initiative and real activity from automotive events until corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Job Description

• Conduct feasibility study, create business plan and growth strategy for new business initiatives and opportunities for Astra Financial and its business units
• Initiate strategic partnerships with business unit from Innovation Management, Product Development, Collaboration Events to accelerate growth of existing business and new initiatives
• Initiate strategic partnerships with external parties such as technology companies, start up and venture capital to accelerate growth of existing business and new initiatives
• Collaborate with Product Manager tor create new product that requires technology development
• Create Project Management for Corporate Project or Project that involved companies across business unit
• Develop Relationship with external business associations, institutions and regulators that support Astra Financial Business or Corporate Development

Minimum Qualifications :

Requirement

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Banking, Management.
• Work Experience: 1-3 years in Financial Service / Tech Company/Consulting Firm.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and consulting skills.
• Relevant experience working in a corporate strategy or business development.
