Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare and ensure all company documents including cooperation documents, licenses, intellectual property rights (brands and copyrights), and documents related to corporate actions.
- Conduct legal drafting and/or review cooperation documents between companies and business partners/vendors.
- Preparing, executing, and documenting the results of the implementation of corporate secretary activities of the company and subsidiaries of Astra Financial group, such as the RUPS, BOC meeting, BOD meeting, and others run effectively.
- Identify and analyze legal risks that may arise from business decisions by providing advisory to related functions.
- Conduct analysis of legal issues and/or provide legal advisory or legal action, if necessary, by adjusting the needs of the company
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduated with a law degree with min. GPA 3.0
- Having minimum 3 years working experience (preferably in financial services, securities, and/or e-commerce company)
- Having experience in reviewing and drafting agreements
- Able to work individually and in the team
- Good command in verbal and written english
- Have a strong personality, good communication skill and multitasking
- Having Peradi License (preferably)
