- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda
- Arrange new meetings and appointments
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Perform administrative tasks
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Trình độ tối thiểu
- D3 or Bachelor Degree from any field
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant with minimum 2-3 years
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- Excellence in using Microsoft Office/G-suites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English is a must
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Integrity and professionalism
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail
