Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- IT Supervisor reports to the Resort Manager (RM) and ICT Operations Manager (based in Head Office) to coordinate and oversee the following:
- Procurement of IT assets and inventory for the Palawan property
- Maintenance of all IT equipment
- Implementation of projects and initiatives of Manila Head Office
- Management of Software and Server Systems and ensuring security and availability
- Management and mentoring of Palawan-based ICT staff
- Coordination with suppliers and third party service providers for all IT related products and services
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Willingness to be assigned at Astoria Palawan to oversee IT operations and requirements of the property (board and lodging, and quarterly leaves are part of the benefits)
- Extensive working knowledge in IT Lifecycle Management with prior experience in:
- Windows Server Environments (Server 2016 / OS Virtualization and Containers are a plus)
- Active Directory (AD DS and other roles)
- Data Networks and Security Design and Management (Ethernet, GPON, SDN)
- Structured Cabling and Equipment Installation
- Database Administration (MSSQL / MySQL / Postgre)
- Distributed Software Systems
- Cloud Services Provisioning and Management (O365 / Exchange / Azure)
- IT Technical Support (Hardware and OS)
- Had substantial experience in LEADING a team
- Preferably (but not required) with experience on hospitality industry (Hotels / Resorts)
