- Work closely with and report to the Senior Paid Media Specialist
- Assist in developing and executing pay-per-click marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc
- Continually optimize paid search efforts through A/B testing, bid management, ad copy, keyword research, and testing/analysis
- Monitor and report performance of campaigns, along with providing recommendations for improvements
- Translate strategic recommendations concerning digital experiences into actionable projects
- Maintain high levels of current knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media
- Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Stay updated with PPC and SEM trends
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 1 year of managing paid search advertising
- AdWords certification is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical and possess the ability to evaluate data and interpret results
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
- Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook) is preferred
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills
