Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Receive and assign approved sites from PMO to Project Managers
- Consolidates PMs tracking sheets and reports it to PMO.
- Addresses escalations on project's technical concerns.
- Attends vendor checkpoint meetings.
- Attends client meetings as needed.
- Attends internal meetings (cadence, CFU, stakeholders, etc.)
- Administrative tasks (emails, calls, approval of timesheet, etc.)
- Onsite visit to inspect project implementation from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Course. Licensed
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management and implementation of complex electrical projects
- With experience in Data Center Builds is an advantage
- With experience in facilities management and operation is an advantage
- Incident Management and Risk Identification experience/skills is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in the implementation and launch of complex projects
- Experience in quality management and material take off
- Experience in planning and coordinating complex projects simultaneously, managing time, resources, priorities and risks
- Highly developed problem identification skills and creativity to develop new innovative solutions
- Experience in using Microsoft Office including Ms Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
