Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conducts the following training and certification to our SLI contractor technicians and TPAs.
- Technical Training - Subscriber Line Installation and Repair (Wired and Wireless)
- Customer Service
- Safety Starts with Me
- Performs all logistic requirements related to training:
- Coordinates with Partner Operations Heads, Field Operations and Quality Assurance Team Leaders on the scheduled training
- Finds appropriate venue and arrange meals if necessary
- Prints training handouts and materials
- Facilitates Pre-qualification and Validation Exams
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports (scorecard, certification exam results, training costs, shadowing activity, etc.)
- Cascade any newly introduced technologies, products and services as necessary
- Facilitates contractor certification by conducting written and hands-on exam
- Database management
- Conducts other training as necessary
- Shadowing activities (field work)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably, Male
- Electronics and Communications Engineer (ECE) graduate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft office application
- At least 1-year work experience in related field
- With excellent presentation and communication skills
- Can confidently speak in front of ‘medium to large sized’ groups of people
- Willing to travel within and outside assigned region
- Preferably with driving skills and non-pro driver’s license
- With good moral character
