Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for monitoring SMS broadcast lifecycle process for Operations Management
- Responsible for managing Data Innovations platforms to ensure optimal performance and SLAs are met or even exceeded
- Review operations and service level agreements
- Drive tactical delivery across multiple and diverse teams
- Responsible for managing standard system processes and support continuous improvement
- Ensure the reliable production operations, including monitoring, availability, controls, and reliability enhancements for the products and services served by internal partner(s)
- Responsible for creation of various reports related to metrics reports regularly
- Responsible for creating reports for business objectives/needs
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Computer Science or other related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of IT operations
- Experience in a Service Management capacity, with a thorough understanding of core technologies and
- tools used within the department
- Experience in dealing with external and internal suppliers/vendors, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas.
- Highly motivated and must have solid analytical skills
- Experience of managing Big Data/understanding Big Data challenges is highly desirable
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
