- Fulfills complaints directed to Customer Service Unit.
- Processing/ Fulfillment of Account retrievals
- Handles account adjustments.
- Performs reconciliation and validation of various transaction adjustments.
- Billing and settlement of third party service providers.
- Finance charge computation.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Background in Banking & Finance is an advantage
- Willing to start the soonest
