Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Set up electronic audit file database.
- Prepare disclosure checklists for financial statements prepared under Australian Accounting Standards (AAS), New Zealand International Financial Reporting Standards (NZIFRS), Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS), and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
- Perform analytical testing and test of details for account balances based on the company's audit guide.
- Assist in the preparation of templates such as external confirmations, engagement letters, group instructions, representation letters, etc.
- Perform quality review of the financial statements prepared under the standards of the territories/entities mentioned above.
- Provide suggestion for the resolution of issues or exceptions noted in the review of the financial statements.
- Perform audit procedures that can be done remotely that serve the company's sites in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, and/or Business Administration – Management Accounting, Financial Management, and Banking and Finance.
- Preferably in the process of commencing a certification such as CPA or any equivalent discipline.
- Some experience in assurance and analysis work will be advantageous but not essential.
- Understanding of accounting and business concepts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrates self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development.
- Committed to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes.
- Comfortable working and communicating with team members at all levels including senior management.
