Recruitment Marketing Associate  

We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented marketing professionals with excellent communication skills, time management and analytical skills. You are expected to work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, functional heads and hiring managers to provide data, market research and analysis on recruitment and hiring trends.

You are highly knowledgeable in multiple sourcing techniques and strategies, posting job advertisements, and resourceful in developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The ideal candidate for this role will require excellent administrative, adequate graphic design skills, presentation know-how, and experience with relevant technology.

Responsibilities

• Staying up to date on the latest recruitment sourcing and branding trends, best practices and technologies
• Identify and manage sourcing and branding process improvement initiatives
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using database and different channel platforms
• Recommending appropriate sourcing and branding approach in filling targeted role based on current employment market trends and past experiences based on similar roles
• Propose and implement strategic and innovative candidate generation initiatives and techniques
• Supporting the development and deployment of employer branding, sourcing and social media strategy of the company
• Screen candidates for basic qualifications, availability, interest level and salary
• Creating reports and analysis on all recruitment activities from sourcing to hiring

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, IT, or Human Resources
• Experience in recruitment, sourcing and/or social media is required
• Must be knowledgeable with all sourcing channels
• Highly versatile, enthusiastic, fun, persuasive, outgoing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Presentation skills is a must
• Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City
• Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedules
